Customizing Your Help Center Appearance

The Appearance section in Produkt.so allows you to personalize the look and branding of your help center.
You can update your workspace name, upload a logo, and link to your main website to ensure your help center matches your brand identity.


Step 1 — Open the Appearance Settings

From the left-hand sidebar, select Appearance.
You’ll see the Workspace settings page, which includes tabs for Appearance, Languages, and Domains.

Make sure the Appearance tab is selected.


Step 2 — Update Workspace Name

Under the Appearance section, the first field is Name.
This name is displayed in the header of your help center.

  • Enter the name you’d like to appear on your help center header (for example, myworkspace).

  • Keep it short and recognizable — it will be visible to all visitors.


Step 3 — Upload or Change Your Logo

Next, you can add your brand logo.
The logo appears in the top-left corner of your help center.

To add or update your logo:

  1. Click Upload logo.

  2. Choose a square image file from your computer.

  3. Once uploaded, the logo preview will appear in the designated box.

  4. If you need to remove it, click Remove logo.

Tip: Use a clear, square image (preferably PNG or SVG) for the best display quality.


Step 4 — Add a Product Link

The Product Link field lets you add a link to your main website or product.
This link will appear in the top-right corner of your help center.

To set it up:

  1. Enter your main website URL (for example, https://yourcompany.com).

  2. Visitors can click this link to return to your main site from the help center.


Step 5 — Save Your Changes

When you’re done customizing your appearance, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply your updates.

Changes take effect immediately in your help center’s public view.
