Navigating the Dashboard

After creating your account and workspace, you’ll be taken to the Produkt.so dashboard.
This is the main control panel where you can manage every aspect of your help center — from creating articles to customizing design and connecting your domain.

Dashboard Overview

The left-hand sidebar of the dashboard contains the main navigation menu. Each section is designed to help you organize and publish your help center efficiently.

Home

The Home view provides a quick overview of your workspace.
From here, you can:

  • Access recently edited collections and articles.

  • See shortcuts to key setup actions (such as adding your first article).

  • Return to the starting point after working in other sections.

Collections

The Collections section is where you manage your help content.
Each collection acts as a category that can contain multiple articles.

In this section, you can:

  • Create new collections.

  • Add, edit, or delete articles within collections.

  • Reorder collections or articles for better navigation structure.

  • View the article editor for writing and formatting content.

Use this area to build and organize the structure of your help center.

Appearance

The Appearance section lets you customize the visual design of your help center.
You can adjust:

  • Colors, typography, and layout.

  • Logos, favicons, and other branding elements.

  • Overall style to align with your company’s identity.

Changes can be previewed before publishing, so you can ensure your help center matches your brand guidelines.

Languages

The Languages section allows you to make your help center multilingual.
Here you can:

  • Add or remove supported languages.

  • Translate collections and articles.

  • Set a default language for your help center.

Use the built-in language switcher to preview translations and verify content in different languages.

Domains

In the Domains section, you can connect a custom domain to your help center — for example, help.yourcompany.com.

This section provides options to:

  • Add and verify your custom domain.

  • Configure DNS records according to Produkt.so’s instructions.

  • Manage multiple domains if your workspace supports them.

Once connected, your help center will be accessible from your branded URL.
