Creating account and workspace

Before you can start building your help center, you need to create your Produkt.so account and your first workspace. The process takes only a minute.

Step 1 — Go to the Registration Page

Open your browser and navigate to:

https://app.produkt.so/register

You’ll see sign-up form.

Step 2 — Fill Out Your Details

Enter the following information:

Name — your full name or display name (for example, Example User).
Email — your work email address.
Password — create a secure password for your account.

Click Sign up to continue.

If you already have an account, click Sign in here below the form to log in.

Step 3 — Create Your First Workspace

After signing up, Produkt.so will guide you through an onboarding process to create your first workspace.

You’ll be asked to provide:

Workspace name (for example, Acme Help Center)
Optional branding details such as your logo or subdomain

This workspace is where all your collections, articles, and help center settings will be stored.

Step 4 — Explore Your Dashboard

Once your workspace is created, you’ll be redirected to the Produkt.so dashboard.
From here, you can:

Create collections and articles
Customize your help center’s appearance
Manage languages and domains

You are now ready to start building your customer-facing help center.
